Anderson Engineering is dedicated to advanced education. A Bachelors of Science degree or certification from a 4 year accredited trade school is required. With the exception of the support staff and drafting department all of our employees are professionally licenced engineers.
EXPERIENCE
We require all consultants (designers, engineers and project managers) we hire to have a minimum 10 years of recorded design experience. We do not hire part-time engineers that "moonlight" on the side. A Sole proprietors & S-corporations must have been in business, full time since January 1995.
BUSINESS & LAW EXPERIENCE
Understanding and appreciation the legal system and having experience with business law is a must. We are looking for candidates that have owned or been a part of successfully managed projects and businesses.
PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES & AFFILIATES
American Society of Mechanical Engineers and support of local building trades group is a plus.
